What’s Included:
Two Annual Scheduled Inspections
Each inspection includes changing filters, (as necessary), proper voltages and amperage, lubrication of moving parts and bearings, cleaning and checking safety controls, and looking problems which need to be resolved.
Pre-Winter Inspection
We’ll check your furnace or heat pump for gas pressures, gas leaks, belt tensions, proper operation of gas burners and controls and check complete cycle of operation.
Pre-Summer Inspection
Getting ready for summer we’ll check your cooling system for refrigerant levels, proper electrical connections, clean and check coils and drains, and check the compressor.
Priority Response=Quicker Service
If you must place a call for service on your system, you receive top-priority! This means your call gets moved ahead of other service calls which may have already been placed with us.
